The myofascia roller by Sissel is great for self massage, myofascia release and trigger point work. Use it after exercise to reduce muscles tension and DOMS.

The Myofascia Roller by Sissel is a great addition to self massage, post sport cool down or rehabilitation equipment.

Using a Myofascia roller help improve soft tissue tone, reduce tension and improve flexibility. Using this for self massage after exercise can aid in reducing DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and relieve tight, sore aching muscles.

This roller can also be use for trigger point release. When using the Fascia roller, if you find a tender spot (A trigger point), maintain pressure on the areas for 30 to 60 seconds. You don't need to press really hard, just enough to feel the tension underneath and slowly the tissues will ease off.

All postage costs are calculated for products being shipped within the United Kingdom. Please note, we do not deliver Internationally.

Postage of lighter items £4.95. These items will be sent by Royal Mail or courier service, higher value orders may need to be signed for.

Postage of heavier items (over 10kg) e.g. Saddle Stools £10.95

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK. We often send items out in 1-2 working days but ask you to allow up to 5 working days in case items are sent directly from our suppliers/manufacturers as this can result in a slight time delay. Returns:
