  • Lower back pain
  • Sacroiliac pain
  • SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction)
  • Hypermobility and instability around the lower back and pelvis.
  • Support for the hip joints.

Hypermobility around the sacroiliac joint has been shown to be implicated in lower back pain in up to 90% of cases.

The Serola Sacroiliac belt can be used to actively help in the rehabiltation of the areas described above or as a preventative.  If you are hypermobile or have joint instability it can act as a preventative, helping support the area whilst you build up strength and support in these areas.

The Serola pelvic girdle pain belt is a simple, effective way of preventing and treating low back pain.  They are ideal during and after pregnancy. The Serola belt relieves pain and tension of the lumbar spine and hip joints and stabilises the pelvic girdle. It can be worn under or over clothes and features a breathable cool fabric with no buckles or hard parts for your comfort.

If you have an occupation where you can experience sudden changes in loading/weight then the Serola sacroiliac belt can be invaluable such as builders, care worker, farriers, vets, animal therapists etc.

Measuring To Find The Right Support Belt Size.

The Serola belt is worn lower than a traditional belt. We recommend measuring using a flexible tape measure to be sure you order the right size.  Bring the tape measure around your body across the large bony area of your pelvis - this is known as the ilium and above your hip bones (the part that protrudes at the top of your legs) and take this measurement as the size that you would need to select for your belt.

The belt is to be done up tightly to offer support without causing any restriction in your movement.

Available in range of sizes:

  • Small - up to 34"
  • Medium - 34-40"
  • Large - 40-46"
  • X-Large - 46-50"
