It is important to make sure that you buy the right exercise ball for your height. Particularly if the ball is too low it could do the opposite job that you bought it for and cause you to round your lower back which could contribute to back and neck pain! Not good at all.
When you are sitting or exercising it is important to make sure that your hips are positioned level or preferably slightly higher than your knees (similar to when you are sitting on a chair) Because of this the exercise ball you need will be correct for your height. Delivery Information
All postage costs are calculated for products being shipped within the United Kingdom. Please note, we do not deliver Internationally.
Postage of lighter items £4.95. These items will be sent by Royal Mail or courier service, higher value orders may need to be signed for.
Postage of heavier items (over 10kg) e.g. Saddle Stools £10.95

We often send items out in 1-2 working days but ask you to allow up to 5 working days in case items are sent directly from our suppliers/manufacturers as this can result in a slight time delay.
