Franklin Method

The Franklin Method is a very simple form of bodywork. It integrates postural awareness, self-massage and visualisation. You may not have heard of the Franklin Method before or perhaps you are a complete convert. They are amazing little balls.

WHAT IS THE FRANKLIN METHOD?

Franklin balls were initially for use with the Franklin Method, a cutting-edge body work method among movement professionals, world-class athletes and dancers. It is used and acclaimed by The Royal Ballet School London, the Juilliard School of Arts New York and the Music Conservatory of Vienna. It is also popular amongst practitioners of Pilates, yoga, fitness and physical therapy – phew!

WHAT CAN FRANKLIN METHOD BALLS BE USED FOR?

They can be used to massage and stimulate all areas of your body. Franklin balls can form part of your self-massage routine. The orange balls are recommended if you are more sensitive/sore.
