The Putnam's wedge cushion for car seats is made from CertiPUR® foam. It is the softest of the wedges that we supply. However it does still hold its shape really well, perfect if you prefer a softer sitting surface. The back of this wedge has rounded corners helping it fit more easily in a car seat.
Also included is an adjustable strap for fixing your wedge in place.
In the car a wedge can be very helpful in taking some of the slope out of bucket style seats. These seats cause a pinching in the groin/hip/buttocks and back which can be easily eliminated with a wedge. This is because the lift they provide opens the hip angle up again and eases pressure.
Please make sure this wedge is the correct size for your car. You will need at least 30 centimetres on the flat surface to your car seat before the bolsters come up at the side.
It comes complete with carrying handle and the option of a black, grey or beige velour cover.
There is also the option to have a coccyx cut out if you suffer with coccyx pain.

Do You Need A Back Support Too?

All postage costs are calculated for products being shipped within the United Kingdom. Please note, we do not deliver Internationally.
Postage of lighter items £4.95. These items will be sent by Royal Mail or courier service, higher value orders may need to be signed for.

Unfortunately I have found that, as a 6 footer, there is insufficient headroom in my car, a VW Golf, to make use of this product. I am changing to an SUV with more headroom so should be useful then.
